Completed in 2022.
A corner duplex in what is not quite a heritage zone, albeit a very cozy pocket of quiet living on top of Fairlight hill with strong presence of federation gables. The design is an interpretation of the local form with its detailing tailored to the needs of builder-developer client and to the expectations of contemporary real estate market. Habitants of both dwellings can enjoy open ground floor connected with the outdoors as well as unexpected views on the first floor.
Interior side of the design is left mostly in white tones with natural timber accents that respond to the exterior cladding. All in all, Parkview rd duplex turned out as solid success for both developer and designer.

Whilst I have nurtured lovingly Parkview rd project since its conception, my work has been conducted as an employee and so the credit also goes to the whole team of Platform Architects, company holding all intellectual property rights of this design.
